ABOUT ME
I am Canadian, born in the cradle of the Arts, Italy.
Completed classical studies with great success.
This academic success accredited with several prizes and scholarships permitted to travel to Greece and complete intensive studies in art application and Art history. At very early age I developed understanding and consciousness that fine Art is a universe where knowledge becomes the mirror of the soul.
At 14 years old immigrated to Canada, and is in Montreal, that I pursued collegial and university studies. Completed a diploma in journalism with insight of the following disciplines: public relations, publicity, radio and television.
After several years of working in the fields of journalism and human resources, it was the event of September 11- 2001 that changed my life significantly and took the decision to transcend the concrete reality of my first passion: Arts in all its reflects.
In January 2002, at Academie Art et Beaux Arts, Varenne Quebec, under the tutelage of Mr. Sam Aberg, (international art critic, historian and iconographer), I undertook complete studies for several years, including both classical and modern art, rhetoric’s of compositional aesthetics, art history as well as iconographical, semiotic and philosophical concepts, comparative art criticism, covering various movements in paintings.
Although, in 2006 I graduated with Honour and Great Particular Distinction, I continue to study (in private) Art philosophy at the doctorate level.

Artist Statement
Art is a language!
I have chosen to work in the post- impressionism lyric movement because its rhetoric and philosophy permits a preponderant reality. It allows a parallel with music in the deployment of the harmonies, we do not hear the melody, but we can see it by the perfume of the poetic sequences of its chromatics.
Claude Monet embraced lyrism in the final phase of the post- impressionism. As an artist I continue in the post-impressionism abecedary to symbolize the concision of the temporal and to captivate the ephemeral of the present.
The impressionist Art has lightness in pictorial aesthetic, but is deeper than lead to believe. Its content is powerful in the philosophy of existentialism. The fragmentation is a parameter of the subdivision of the permanence of the temporal time. Fragmented but fixed in the philosophy of the temporal in the permanent wheel of time.
I believe Art is Life, Art is History and Art is nourishment for the mind and soul.
